Spouting Horn
Just west of the National Tropical Botanical Garden along the southern Kauai coast is Spouting Horn, a blowhole that actually makes a moaning sound through a nearby hole in the rock. A blowhole forms when a sea cave tunnel gets an opening in the roof that allows waves to push water up through the rock.
