Another beach on Lanai is Puu Pehe beach, nicknamed Shark Cove. Puu Pehe (also called "sweetheart rock") is the rock formation at the top right in the photo. Just beyond Puu Pehe, off the right edge of the photo, is Cathedrals, one of the top dive sites in the world. This beach is approachable only by scrambling down a cliff face, and conditions can be rough here. There are no facilities, but Hulopoe Beach Park is a short hike around the coast.
