Hawaii includes an incredible diversity of animal life, in the sea, on land, and flying through the air above. This collection of photos gives a sampling of the wide variety of animals that call the Hawaiian islands home, including many non-native species. The photos will begin with sea life, move on to a few photos of land-dwelling creatures, and finish with a collection of bird photographs. We begin with this green sea turtle on "turtle beach" near Waimea Bay on the North Shore of Oahu.
