This overview tour of Hawaiian waterfalls will highlight some of the best waterfalls on the four main islands, starting in Kauai and moving to Oahu, Maui, and finally the Big Island. See the pages for each island for many more photos and descriptions of these waterfalls. Unless otherwise noted, all of these waterfalls are easily visible from roadside overlooks. We begin in Kauai with Waipoo Falls, an 800 foot waterfall in Waimea Canyon State Park. This waterfall is visible from an overlook, although there is a multi-mile trail that goes down to it as well.
