The left side of the bay is where you enter. Here you can scramble along the rocks and make your way into the shallow water, gradually moving out toward the main part of the cove. The water entry is not difficult, but can be more challenging than a straight beach entry like the one at Hanauma Bay. If you have only one chance to snorkel on Oahu, go to Hanauma Bay, but if conditions are very good and you have seen Hanauma Bay snorkeling can be interesting here as well.
