Kahakuloa Head, northern Maui. Kahakuloa means "tall lord," and the cliff face is over 600 feet high. This overlook is 11.5 miles beyond the Honolua Bay overlook. The small town of Kahakuloa is nearby. From here eastward the road narrows and continues around the island toward Wailuku on the north-central shore.
